This area is the area of fine tuning to make the wheel feel like it is supposed to.

When selecting options while using the wheel, you can access the wheel controls in the “P1 Controls” tab. OPTIONS MENU – CONTROLS SETTINGS AND DRIVING SETTINGS While I still recommend the controller just for the fact that you can play in a more relaxed situation and still do well, here’s what to look for if you’re going to connect it to a wheel peripheral.

If the wheel connects, you should be in business.

We’ve also got a list of the best PS4 and PS5 wheels to check out, and if there’s a PlayStation variant, chances are there’s an Xbox one as well. If you need to know which wheels those would be, PlayStation and Xbox have a list of peripherals compatible with their consoles. Take note, the support site for World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing states that they “support all current officially licensed racing wheels for Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5”, so if you don’t have an official license for those consoles, it probably won’t work. However, with that said, you’ll probably need to know what settings to put on to get the most out of breaking the cushion on each of the 40+ tracks included in the game. I wouldn’t blame you as riding a wheel is just as much fun, if not more. Turns out the title comes with wheel support if you decide a controller doesn’t work for you or you want to dive deeper. World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing will be available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S starting Tuesday, September 27.
